• The above quote is only indicative; and any extra flying on account of diversions due to Air Traffic Control; extra fueling halt on account of aircraft

performance due to weight, altitude, temperature and range limitations will be billed at actuals, after the flight is conducted in the Final Invoice.

• Flying hour charges include the cost of the Aircraft fuel, oil, maintenance, landing and day parking charges, standard in-flight meals, navigation fees

and dispatch cost of the aircraft. Watch extension If any will be chargeable on Actuals on final invoice

• If due to sudden deterioration of weather En-route/destination, the aircraft cannot land at the Destination OR diverted due to defense services

activity and has to return to the starting point or divert to some other airport, the actual flying time and any other additional charges due to the

diversion would be chargeable and balance if any, would be payable / refundable.

Flying time means the total flight time from the moment the aero plane moves under its own power for the purpose of taking off until the moment it

comes to rest at the end of flight. It is also defined as block-to-block time.

• The company reserves itself to the right, without assigning any reason to cancel or delay the commencement or continuance of flight or alter the

stopping place or places or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of aero plane in use without thereby incurring any liability

in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever.

• C ompany also reserves itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit to travel or who in opinion of the company may

constitute risk to the aero plane or to the person on board.

• If at any stage it is found that the aeroplane with the booked load or passengers etc will be over loaded, the company will have the right to decide

which passengers or articles shall be off loaded and such decision shall be binding. Photography at terminal building of civil airports is permitted only

in certain restricted areas.

• The company will endeavor to meet obligation under this agreement; however, company shall not be liable for any compensation or claims in case

of non-availability of aeroplane, due situation beyond its control viz, grounding of aeroplane due technical reasons, act of God, non-operation due

weather conditions etc.

• If any unplanned/planned Night Halt for the charter operations. Client responsibility to provide the crew accommodations else it would be charged

Rs.50,000 for one night. that will be charged on final invoice

Flight Catering:

The client is requested to confirm catering preference 6 hrs. prior so that the operator can fulfil arrangements or else standard catering will be

provided.

Baggage Rules:

One baggage per PAX, not exceeding 15 kg and 22inch in size will be permitted

Declaration Of Carriage of Dangerous Goods:

Travelpomo India OPC Private Limited/Aircraft operator shall not carry dangerous goods that are detailed in ICAO annexure 18 Technical

instructions. However, that dangerous goods that are permitted in the technical instructions as passenger/crew baggage may be permitted with

advance intimation to operator

Maximum Quote validity: The above quote is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

Terms of payment and Company’s Bank Details:

In order to confirm the booking, 100 percent of the amount has to be paid in advance at the time of booking. Payments through bankers should be

Cancellation Charges:

25% of the Invoice amount will be levied for cancellation of flights after confirmation.

50% of the Invoice amount will be levied for cancellation of flights between 24 to 48 hours prior to the departure time.

100% of the Invoice amount will be levied for cancellation within less than 24 hours prior to the departure time.

Revision of Charter rates: The company reserves the right, to revise the charter rates without prior notice, in case there is an increase in

operational costs due to increase in fuel price, landing, Navigational/Parking charges, Government taxes, Maintenance costs etc.
